Dosage units for liquid reagents with volumetric pumps

Dosage units for liquid reagents with volumetric pumps

Suitable for dosing flocculates, poly-electrolytes, disinfectants, and any other liquid reagent. They help determine different types of available autonomies for reservoirs from 200 to 1.200 litres and to inject at high pressures with variants with the dosing head. Different dosing automatic instruments with the application of our self-made servo-driven operating systems and electronic controllers are available.

Volumetric diffusion and piston dosing pumps of electromagnetic or electromechanical type, with possible variation of the manual dosing or of the servo-driven one. They allow the dosing of the most disparate liquid reagents and also the injection at high pressures through the adjustment of the dosing head.

Gravimetric monobloc dosers

Gravimetric monobloc dosers

for the dosing of atmospheric pressure solutions without using electric power. Generally suitable for the dosing of sodium hypochlorite solutions for disinfecting.

The basic principle of operation consists in a continuous measurement of the flow delivered, by using chokes; otherwise an indirect irregular measure can be used, thus eliminating any kind of  choke (i. e. the "meniscus" principle).

This equipment replaces the well-known "bottle of Mariotte", allowing to raise the autonomy in operation by many days (for reservoirs with capacity from 200 to 1.200 litres).

Instrumentation for processes and working environment control Instrumentation for processes and working environment control

including:

Analysers of chlorine-residue, in potable water, in purged waste water and in seawater.

Exit signals in current loop 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA.

Suitable for measurement of free-chlorine and total-chlorine.

Chlorine-detector-analyser of chlorine in air, with one or more control areas, with or without signal, also appropriate to effect the ventilation of working areas.

Additional devices for collecting air samples from different zones, to be analysed in cyclical succession. Special systems for boundaries-control to be carried out in those industries working with chlorine or other derived substances.
